Small single room available in a nice Morningside flat available immediately. The sunny, well maintained flat is fully furnished, and consists of a large lounge with plenty of seating space, kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and bathroom with bath/shower. The flat also has cable TV, phone, and wireless broadband. The flat is strictly non-smoking.

The room contains an adult-sized cabin bed with plenty of storage space and fold out desk, and space for a small computer desk (one can be supplied if you want). There is also lots of storage space in the rest of the flat should you need it.

The flat itself is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Morningside, convenient for most University Campuses, and there are many shops, supermarkets (Waitrose and M&S), takeaways, pubs & off-licences only a few minutes walk away. It is right next to 3 main bus routes, and more only two minutes walk away, with buses running frequently all day, and night buses all night.

You'll be sharing with two friendly and laid-back 21 year old guys. Ideally we’re looking for someone similar, but we're not too fussy. Students are welcome, but will still have to pay council tax.

Rent is £280/month which includes council tax and all bills (except phone calls etc).

You’ll need to pay a £200 deposit along with the first month’s rent upon moving in, and your deposit will be reimbursed when you move out.
