£16,250 per annum + excellent benefits and career progression

You will be using your Customer Service and Sales experience to assist customers with cutting edge global products. You must have:

• Experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch
• Computer literacy and good organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and a calm approach to solving problems

Your job will involve:

• Resolving customer queries/complaints
• Providing product and sales information
• Assisting all levels of staff with customer enquiries/complaints
• Organising administration and data inputting
