I have a 2 bed terrace house in London N9 with RTB (Enfield Council), large back garden - good quiet location with amenities and links to the city and surrounding counties - Middlesex and Hertfordshire.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed property in central Edinburgh. The property doesn't have to have the RTB, a parking space or garden. I am willing to downsize but if so, the property must be in a nice safe area, a good stair, have character, gas central heating, double glazing and be within easy walking distance to varied amenities (including good transport links, supermarket/s, Medical Centre, Dentist, Local Authority sports centre, etc).

I know Edinburgh very well so have a good idea about location.

Alternatively, I have a serious mover who is interested in my home with a very well maintained 1 bed split level flat in London N7 with RTB (Islington Council) 2 minutes fron Tufnell Park tube with excellent links to the city and outer London.
