The Royal Scots Club has a temporary vacancy for a chef de partie. Duties to include cooking breakfasts, preparing conference buffet lunches, dining room lunches and assisting with banqueting cooking and preperation.
Hours of work between 40 and 50 per week, with occasional split shifts, good rate of pay and uniform provided. Food Hygiene certificate an advantage. Must have good written and spoken English. The position is available for up to 6 months and may become permanent.
