I have a really nice double room to rent. Its £300 a month plus bills and is located just off of London Road. Its council tax band c. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and nice big window with double glazing. The flat is nice and cosy and has modern kitchen with washing machine and there is broadband and vrigin tv which costs £15 a month each.

I am 26 female professional and work 9 -5pm. Im friendly, cosiderate and clean! I work hard duing the weekdays but enjoy dvds and the gym and i like to socialise at weekends.
