Legal Complaints Handler

ASA's client is seeking a permanent complaints handler. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled candidate with complaints handling experience to work in a professional organisation.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Managing individual caseload of enquiries and complaints ensuring that they are handled appropriatley and in line with organisation policies and procedures.
Contributing to the management of the office caseload, setting tasks and chasing follow-up action as appropriate.
Bringing overdue tasks to management attention as required by the organisations policies and procedures.
Take and deal with all telephone, written and email enquiries, providing a main point of contact for advice and information.
Providing help and guidance on completion of complaint forms.
Managing enquirers expectations about how their enquiry / complaint will be dealt with.
Ensure all administrative action regarding the enquiry / complaint is taken i.e. preparation of standard letters; hard copy files; issuing letters; scanning/copying documents.
Applying orgnisational policy and guidance on the eligibility of complaints.
Regularly communicating with internal and external parties at all levels.
Essential Criteria:
Candidates will have extensive experience of working in a client or customer service environment in a frontline customer facing role.
Complaints handling administration experience.
