For sale Yamaha RGZ 211m electric guitar - £140 (or would swap for Yamaha APX500 electro-acoustic)

The guitar is candy apple red, a strat-style double-cut electric in good condition i.e. all electrics and set-up are very good but has gained a couple of small scratches on its body over the years (nothing apart from scratches and bumps though).

It has a single coil pickup at the neck and a twin coil humbucker (with a push/pull option on the tone button to set this as a single coil.) It has a black tremolo bridge with fine tuning nuts and locking nuts at the head so stays in tune very well.

The neck is maple and the frets are in very good condition as I have hardly played this over the years. I fitted new Ernie Ball strings this week, so the guitar is ready to rock.

The guitar is easy to play and the intonation is excellent. The quality of the RGZ series is very high for the price, so for £140 second hand, it is a steal.

I am selling it as I am getting a new guitar in November and am trying to operate a “one in one out” policy as I’ve got enough guitars already. My Vintage Guitar Price Guide book values these between $200 and $550 depending on condition so £140 is a good price.
