I am a student of Edinburgh uni,and I would like to rent my room out for short-term during Chirstmas and New year period(From 17 Dec 2009 to 14 Jan 2010 ,4 weeks) I will take 4-week tenant as preference, at least 3 weeks.

2)It's a 3-bedroom flat,which was redecorated last year and everything is brandly new(furniture,bathroom and fully equipted kitchen)
3)The rent would be 100 pounds per week(bill is included:electirc+gas+internet).Couple are accepted but rent would go up to 125 per week.A bit amount of Deposit is required.
4)You will share the flat with another two easy-going students.

Requirement: Tidy and easy-going person, prefered female&student
