We are looking to exchange our council flat for a bigger living space/workshop with a lower rent.

Our flat is a top floor of terraced house in Fulham sands end area with right to buy. It is very close to river ( 5mins walk), Sainsbury's (15 min walk) buses (1min) BR (20 mins) tube (20 mins).

It has one large room and one small room, a lounge which leads to smallish kitchen. There are two attics, one very large and one small.
Not to forget the bathroom which includes bath and toilet.

The rent is 600 a month and another 120 council tax.

We are looking for a larger space and would also consider a non council place or even a workshop/ boathouse / or other "different" living ideas.
