Eden Scott's client, a forward thinking, dynamic organisation with a bright future, due to continued growth has an opportunity for an exceptional Software Development Project Manager to work on the company's most exciting project to date.

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be charged with the start up and implementation through to the day-to-day running of a high profile project and project team.

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the following:

Essential:
* A proven track record of successful software development project implementation.
* Experience of managing web and database software development and testing.
* Team management experience, comfortable managing project teams of up to 10 people.
* Graduate calibre, with at least five years experience in project management.
* Good communicator, strong leader & influencer.
* Professional, flexible, adaptable & pragmatic, able to work and adapt in a fast-moving, creative team.
* A demonstrable understanding of a range of project management methodologies & their benefits & limitations.

Desirable:
* Experience in travel/airline or related industries.
* Experience of working in a small web company, including SEO and user experience management.
* Demonstrable understanding of programme management.
