The flat is very close to the centre of town, only a ten minute walk to the East End of town or to the centre of the Royal Mile. Great amenities and serviced extremely well by a variety of buses for all other areas of Edinburgh and Midlothian. Sharing with one other person only.

All the windows have an beautiful view of the foothills of Edinburgh's iconic Arthurs Seat. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and very safe.
