Hello again guys,

A Machine Divine are a West Lothian based melodic synth metal act. With 5 recorded demo tracks under our belts whilst only being together for 3 months, we have high expections and goals.

We aim to have a big sound. With technical melodic guitar hooks and synth melodies to provide layered ambience. Our sound incorporates a lot of different styles due to our different influences, but it's very metal driven, quite scandinavian metal sounding... Scar Symmetry, Mors Principium Est, Soilwork, etc. Each track we've written is more diverse from the previous which means theres no set theme to our sound. (Rough demo's will be provided).

This leads us to what we desire. We're in need of a good strong vocalist with the ability to sing both melodically, and scream/growl. We need someone who is commited enough to make the travels for practices/recording sessions and gigs. We currently record/write/rehearse 3 times per week, and reguluarly meet up for banter.

As for a bassist, we require someone who is proficient at playing metal styled bass. Someone who can write by ear and the same as above, must have the level of commitment.

We aim to be ready for gigs and such by Febuary. By the time we secure a full line up and start to promote and such. We have many contacts through previous successful bands, so we do aim to be successful.
