Single room, city centre

I am going back home to Australia and need someone to take over my room. It is in a 4 bedroom flat, right in the centre of the new town/West End (just behind Ryan's Bar).The flat is very spacious, with a large kitchen and lounge room. It is fully furnished, with central heating and Virgin Media (broadband, TV and phone). The toilet is separate to the bathroom.

You would be living with 2 Australian guys and 1 NZ guy- all mid-20's to early-30's. It doesn’t matter if you are male or female, or where you are from, as long as you are easy to get on with, will pay the required bills and are a professional (sorry no students!).

My contract ends at the end of November, but I am happy to move out now and we can just breakdown November's rent.
Rent is £235/mth + bills (council tax £60/mth). 1 mth deposit and 1 reference req. 6 month initial contract.

Please let me know a bit about yourself and when you would like to ideally move in.
