Hey ! I'm Soufiane ! I'm a French student and I'm living in a very nice flat in Chalmers Street ! The flat is 5 minutes walk from the University of Edinburgh (George Square) and is just next to the Meadows.
The single room is furnished with armchair, wardrobes, desk, different pieces of furniture, curtains, bed... You'll just have to bring your own bedding ! Three other people will share the flat with you and will welcome you in a warm atmosphere ! You'll discover the pleasure of watching 'Friends' in the Kitchen/Living-room and drinking a delicious cup of tea on the couch !
The kitchen is well furnished with oven, hob, microwave, a huge fridge, tables, cuboards and many other things ! The Living room has a big black couch, different pieces of furniture and even a TV !
Just look at the pictures, they tell better than I do !
A broadband access is available, bills are included in the rent and you only have to pay a £250 deposit. The flat costs £145 per week, that is 500£ per month.
