It has a new fitted kitchen, central heating, small back utility room with a back door onto the garden.
There is also a paved drive that can be shared with the flat upstairs.
As you will see from the pics (when uploaded!) the flat is not in a block but appears as the ground floor to a semi-detached house.
It is situated in the last road in the village, which is five minutes walk away and the surrounding countryside is the same distance. Very very quiet area.

I require a one or two bed flat in the Edinburgh area, any type will do as long as it is clean, and a housing or council tenancy.
