A double bedroom is available June 8th in our beautiful Meadowbank flat. The flat comes with everything you need plus a balcony with wonderful views of Calton Hill and the Forth. The flat is located near Meadowbank stadium and less than a 5min walk to the bus stop which is served by the following buses - 4,5,15,26,44. Also, it is only a short walk to Sainsbury's, Morrison's and Iceland. The city centre is about a 20min walk through Holyrood park.

The two flatmates you will be sharing with are an Australian and American. All nationalities are welcome as long as you're easy going and willing to wash up after yourself. Both of us are smokers, at the moment, but we only smoke outside on the balcony. Also, ideally we'd like to find someone who intends to be here for at least 6 months.

Here is a breakdown of the monthly costs - Rent-242.50, Council Tax-45.67, Virgin Media-10.50(landline/internet/cable). Electricity does vary from month to month but normally works out to be about 20.00 per month. Deposit is 275.
