The Role Requires:

• Excellent spoken and written GERMAN and ENGLISH
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous support desk experience
• A high level of competence in computers and operating systems (MAC, PC and UNIX/LINUX platforms)

Responsibilities Include:

• Dealing with technical queries via fax, e-mail, telephone and mail
• Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines
• Solving customers’ technical queries in an efficient and friendly manner
