I have just taken on the Scottish franchise for a national mortgage broker chain. Our company has been established in the UK since 1996 and has a unique business generation programme which means that our brokers are still doing business. I am looking to develop a team of brokers across Scotland - I have three business-writers already, I'm hopeful of another two by the end of December and am targetting on growing the team to ten by April.

I am looking for investment to help me grow my business. My proposal is this; you invest either £5000 or £10,000 for 18 months. After the 18 months I'll return this in full. In the meantime, I will pay a dividend of £10 per case my team writes. For example, I target my brokers to write 8 cases per month, so this would generate £80 per month when these cases complete. So at the moment with three business writers, that would generate £240 per month, when I have 5 it would be £400 per month and so on.
