Hello! We are two lovely girls looking for a third person to join us in our fantastic  Bruntsfield flat. The flat is in an excellent location with views overlooking the links/meadows and with a great neighbourhood community.The flat is non-smoking, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a combined lounge/kitchen/dining area . It's quaint but cozy, and often quite the social hangout. The kitchen includes all basic amenities including washing machine, gas stove, microwave, etc. The bathroom includes a bath and newly fitted electric shower. The double room on offer is  £360 (bills not included) fully-furnished with bed, wardobe, desk, wireless internet, etc.We are both students (a 27 year old art history postgraduate and a 22 year old horticultural student). We get along really well, enjoy hanging out together and are looking for a third person (guy or girl) who's studious but fun, and not afraid to act a bit goofy on occasion!
