Baby Shiatsu Massage course at Pregnancy and Parents Centre starts on Thursday 19th November, 1.15-2.30pm. The course runs for 5 weeks and it cost £30.
Shiatsu massage is very similar to the normal massage- it uses oil and massage strokes on your baby's naked body. It also has very similar positive effects for parent and baby including improved feeding, sleeping and bonding and is particularly effective for wind and colic problems.
