sadly our lovely flatmate is moving out so we are looking for someone to replace her. You would be living with a boy and a girl, both mid twenties and working pretty much 9-5. We are relaxed and easygoing people, pretty clean and tidy and easy to get on with.

The flat is great and a bit of a bargain! We've got a kitchen/dining room with a sofa, a big bathroom, as well as the 3 bedrooms. The room is really bright with a double bed.

Rent is only £215/month
council tax £52 - students welcome but would need to pay ctax
bills etc- usually about £40 Inc Internet
