Ashtanga Yoga Classes, WEDNESDAY EVENINGS ONGOING FROM 9TH JAN 08

Ashtanga yoga is a physical and dynamic form of yoga. The health benefits of Ashtanga Yoga are endless: decreased stress and anxiety levels, lower blood pressure, sounder and deeper sleep, reduced muscle tension, prevention of back pain, increased strength, stamina, flexibility and fitness levels. It also helps to tone and elongate the muscles.

Try one class and you will feel happier, healthier and fitter! This is the best 75 minutes you will experience all week!

Date: Every WEDNESDAY evening – ongoing from 9th January 2008
Time: 6.00pm - 7.15pm
Venue: St Stephen’s Church, enter by the big green door and go down the stairs.
Mats available.
Cost £58 for 8-week block or try it for £8 drop-in session (Students £6)
