Reed Specialist are currently recruiting for part time outbound call consultants for their client, a financial services organisation based near the city centre of Edinburgh.

Working within the retentions department, you will deal with existing customers and assist them with payment and policy queries.

This position is available for 3 months with the possibility of extension. Hours are 5pm until 8pm Monday to Thursday, with a possibility of being asked to do a Friday if necessary. No flexibility regarding this. Saturday rota (9am until 1pm) on a 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 basis.

Candidates should have previous experience within a call centre environment, ideally within financial services.
