Do you need an easy, delicious menu for your party? I offer various buffets for smaller parties bewteen 10-30 people. Menu consultation can also be done if you are not completely satisfied with my ideas for the menu.
I will create and cook the menu partially at your place, and i will be at disposal on the day of the party, serving the food and cleaning up the buffet.
I have previous experience in catering but I am not professionally educated, therefor the price will be affordable. Price to be negotiated when contacting me during to your wishes for my work.

Example of buffet: (with danish elements because that is where I am from!)
- Maki sushi filled with salmon, tuna, crab and various vegetables served with homemade ginger, wasabi and soysauce (starter)
- Roast chicken breast marinated in rosmary, mustard and lemon
- Meatballs spiced with cinamon in spicy tomatosauce
- Various salads such as:
- Couscous salad with sundried fruits, sherrytomatoes and springonions
- Green salad with homemade pesto, olives and kapers
- Potatosalad with pinekernels and lime
- Red pepperfruit salad with green beans, balsamico, apples and walnuts
- Homemade bread with homemade red/green pesto, tzatziki and/or olivetapenade
