The flat is newly decorated and is on a quiet street near the top of Leith Walk, close to Playhouse and less than ten minutes walk from George Street, Princes Street and the pubs, clubs and restaurants of Broughton Street.

There are two double bedrooms (one large), both very quiet and facing the rear. Both have double beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bed linen, pillows and towels provided.

Large bright lounge - sofa plus double futon, dining table and chairs (seats 6).

Bathroom, with bath / electric shower - also facing the rear.

Small kitchen - cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine etc.

All in, a lovely, clean central flat and the perfect base to enjoy the city.

Bills included, deposit required.
