Come and view our lovely big flat! Close to the Meadows with Castle views and lots of space. We are a mixed flat of two males and two females all professionals or postgraduates aged 23, 25, 26 & 28. Not to discriminate but we would prefer someone aged 25 or over and im afraid due to the landlords wishes we aren'y allowed couples or pets. Sorry for lack of photos, my laptop is currently not functioning to put them up!

We are a very friendly and sociable flat and we spend a lot of time together so we would like someone like minded who shares our interests. We are mostly ex-art students in different fields, we love to party, have a drink or three, or just chill out with movies and music.

We have a large kitchen come living room, very spacious hallway that doubles as a living space, bathroom with electric shower and the bedroom is good sized and gets a lot of light and fully furnished with sinks in every room.

Available from the 1st of December. Rent is £280 per month including council tax (students pay aswell im afraid!), bills vary with the seasons but generally between £20-£30 a month for gas and electric. Wifi is included and TV license is shared. We need long term tennants so minimum 6 months is required, hopefully longer! We are sorry to lose our current wonderful flatmate but she needs to move on and we need a fabulous person to replace her!
