£35-50k basic salary based on experience, OTE £70k +

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Sales Consultant to join a highly successful UK based organisation.

Reporting in to the Director of the company you will be based in their Edinburgh office and join a thriving sales team who cover the whole of the UK. Your key responsibilities will include;

Telesales, field sales and networking activity to generate a minimum of 15 client appointments per month within an agreed UK Geographical territory
Attend arranged meetings and present the companies service offering
Follow up each meeting with written proposals and close at least 1 in 4 meetings per month
Account manage these new customers to ensure high service levels

To be suitable for this hugely challenging and rewarding role it is essential that you have the following skills, experience and key attributes;

Well connected within the Recruitment Industry at a senior sales level
Proven sales track record within the recruitment sector either as a consultant or supplier.
Ability to business develop through telesales, field sales, marketing and networking activity.
A knowledge of how the temporary / contract recruitment market works
Excellent face-2-face presentation and communication skills
Capable of working on own initiative with very little day to day management
A self starter who is highly motivated
Ambitious and career driven
Holds a driving licence and has own car or can purchase one.
Willing to travel UK wide.

The salary level will be 35-50k basic depending on experience, open ended commission structure, OTE 70k + , car allowance and performance related bonuses throughout the year.
