£16,000 per annum + excellent benefits and career progression

You must have:

• Exceptional spoken and written English and Swedish
• Excellent technical / hardware knowledge
• Helpdesk / Troubleshooting experience
• Excellent customer service skills

Your job will involve:

• Providing technical support via e-mail and telephone
• Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines
• Solving customers’ technical queries in an efficient and polite manner

We will:

• Provide first class support and assistance
• Help with relocation if required
