• Organise, market and run seminars and conferences on a wide range of topical issues which are of interest to managers and human resources professionals
• Provide advice, support and training on all aspects of management, human resources and personal impact development to managers and human resources professionals on an in-company basis
• Provide strategic human resources consulting advice and implementation on an in-company basis
• Provide consulting advice on talent management, organizational change and development
The role –
Is based in Peebles, Scotland but we would consider applicants for our London office and the hours could be flexible.
We are looking for experienced telesales executives to sell to businesses across our range of services, including training courses covering multiple subjects, both through our events business and our on-site learning and development and consultancy businesses. Working from a database on a campaign by campaign basis, the post holder will make high quality, high volume, out-bound sales calls and take in-bound enquiries and be able to convert them into sales.
You are –
• Experienced (with a proven track record of telephone selling complex services in a B2B environment)
• Articulate (excellent command of business English and able to converse with senior managers and professionals
• Goal oriented (and able to prove it)
• Well educated (to A level standard at least)
• Able to work on your own initiative, whilst at the same time setting very high standards
• A determined, achiever
