HI there, my name is Dave Major and I am a professional drum teacher and performer looking for a space that I can use for rehearsing, personal practice and teaching.

Obviously the main issue would be noise so the property would need to be in a place where noise would not be an issue or there was the possibility of soundproofing.

I am a professional musician and therefore I would treat your property with the upmost respect. There will be no late night parties or anything like that.
