Hotel and bar in Edinburgh requires a Commis Chef.

Good quality fresh food served in a high end branded environment.

To assist the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of meals for our hotel restaurant. This incorporates breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Previous experience at Commis Chef desriable but full training will be given to a high standard.
Skills: The successful candidate will be a strong team player but also have the initiative to work on their own.
