We are a medium sized company in the IT industry based in Edinburgh.
We have a number of vacancies for Helpdesk Support Staff.
Key attributes sought are:
- able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- able to provide an outstanding level of service to customers

Duties and responsibilities include:
- acting as first point of contact for customer service
- delivering a high quality effective telephone support service for customers
- 1st and 2nd line telephone support
Good working knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- ADSL
- Exchange Server
- LAN
- Microsoft Office
- PC and Server
- TCP/IP
- VPN
- Windows Server
- Windows XP
We offer detailed job training.
Previous experience in an IT helpdesk support environment is an advantage. Secondary level education qualifications needed in Maths and English. You should be qualified as a MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) or studying to achieve it.
Salary £17,000.
