Looking For...

Hi all, my name is Lee, I am a lead guitarist/bassist/drummer looking for a band or to start a band. To be honest, I'm not the best drummer, but I'm certainly not the worst. I'm good enough for playing live etc. I ultimately would like to start a band from scratch leaving the style of music down to members to decide, but along the lines of someone like stereophonic, muse, metallica, NoFX etc.. The band can sound radically different, these are just some idea's to let you know what I like. I want to treat this seriously, while having a laugh. I want to do mostly original material written as a group, not by just me. If I was to join a band, I'd like to have some input and be able to add my own spin (within reason) to what already exists. I don't mind being told what to do on already written material, but from then on, I'd like to be able to express myself within a band. This might all seem a bit full on, I don't intend it to be like that, I'm just trying to give as much info as possible to save wasting your time.

About Me

I am 30 years old, living in the Falkirk area and looking to get back on the stage. I'm a serious musician that does like to have a laugh and not take things too serious. I have my own recording studio, my own gear, and I've had a lot of gigging, recording touring experiance. I've played in various bands in the past, all playing guitar except my last band in which I played drums. I'm not the greatest drummer in the world, but I would say I'm good enough. It's great being able to play most instruments to a certain level so when you want to work on solo stuff you can have fun doing it all yourself.

I am a very experimental person when it comes to recording. I like trying lots of combinations, trying different guitars with different amps and effects etc.
