We are looking for Qualified Civil Engineers/Technicians who have experience in working on road and footpath maintenance to work in the West Lothian area.
Duties will include:
-Undertaking condition assesments.
-Site Surveys/ Measurements.
-Consulting with utility companies, councillors, members of the public and other council departments.
-Preparing bills of quantities and other contract drawings.
-Preparing construction drawings( AutoCad experience preferable)
-Preparing Health and Safety Plans.

The contract will be starting in 2-3 weeks time running until April 2010, candidates should have a full driving licence.
