I have a 2 bed, second floor flat for exchange just off the Canongate, with a balcony, Gas Central Heating, Double Glazing and private parking. This is a Hillcrest Housing Association property and the rent is £329 per month.

I am looking for a 2/3 bedroom flat or house in any nice part of Edinburgh and may consider the out-skirts of Edinburgh if the property is right. Right to Buy and a garden preferred.
