Studio Space Business Opportunity (£300 pcm)

KALEIDOSCOPE is an exciting new arts/visual media venue in the Leith area. It comprises of a main exhibition space and reception, two large studio rooms and WC facility. It will be open for business in the next few weeks.

The studio offered is 4m x 4.6m in size with high ceilings, a sink with unit containing cupboard and drawer storage, a large tall window that looks out onto a church and a fireplace. It is offered on a three month lease at £300pm no bills, this also includes the full use of the main space, both studio's and hallways for one month to have your own full scale exhibition wither its your own work or you would like to curate. This is both optional and negotiable. You will have access to Internet, and promotion through KALEIDOSCOPE’S marketing and website. There will be a studio commission on all work sold at a reasonable 20-30% again this is negotiable.

You will be sharing the KALEIDOSCOPE venue with my Portrait Photography business which means you will have access to your own studio for at least 40 hours a week while I work, but as I live near by I am very flexible should you require more. I would be interested in any form of art/media from an individual artist or artist’s. There is ample room to share this project! Id be especially interested in a proposal involving portraiture but using a different medium to photography, but not exclusively as I’m very open-minded.
