The Harmony Employment Agency is looking for an administrator to join our office team in Edinburgh.

The role will involve administration such as data entry, answering calls, taking messages, diverting phone calls, utilising MS Word and Excel and meeting and greeting agency members who visit the offices. The role will include out of hours “On Call” duties, on a rolling rota system. Handling confidential information such as processing applications, and vetting references and Disclosure certificates. Recruitment duties, such as arranging meetings and meeting new members to discuss and promote our company. Taking direction from the Manager to support with shift cover as and when necessary.

Due to the nature and environment of the role, candidates must be enhanced disclosure cleared and comply with all confidential and data protection clauses in place within the office.


This role is subject to 4 weeks trial probation period.



40 hours per week at £ 5.73 per hour
