I have a lovely one bedroom flat on the Canongate, it is a Listed B building has a living room with gas fire, bedroom with open fire (has not been used for years), kitchen with window seat and kitchen table, bathroom with shower, hall, loads of storage and a cellar. Also have access to a large enclosed drying green. There is secondary glazing, GCH and a lovely red security door. RTB and council.

I am in the process of decorating so if the right house came sooner rather than later would be willing to pay for redecoration costs of my flat.

I am looking for a larger flat or house either in the city centre or Morningside/Bruntsfield area. I am only wanting to move due to having too many books, grandchildren and fancy a wee change otherwise I would be happy to remain here all my days. Neighbours are fantastic and its right next to the train station and bus stop.
