American Football season is in full swing now in Edinburgh and Edinburgh's own Wolves American Football team are looking to recruit players.

We cater for 14 year olds until well there's no age limit!

We have 3 squads 14 to 16, 16 to 18 and 18+ each squad is a member of the British American Football League and plays against teams from across the UK. In the past we've also played against touring sides from Canada.

No experience needed, full training is given, but if you have experience all the better. We've got a host of nationalities on the squad and the majority of the team are Scottish - so don't feel you have to be american to play the game!

We'll provide you with helmet, pads and uniform - all you need is a gum shield and a pair of shoes for running on grass (studded is recommended).

Training is on Sundays at Jack Kane Centre - Except of course when we have a game weekend. For more details visit the Wolves website at www.edinburghwolves.com

Junior / Youth training is normally on the morning with the main squad training from noon. Fresh air, running around and the chance to knock someone to the ground within the rules... what more can you ask for?
