OfficeTeam Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a large charity within ten minutes of Edinburgh city centre.
The Role
OfficeTeam Edinburgh are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to start as soon as possible in an ongoing temporary position. The role will involve various aspects of HR such as putting together recruitment packs,arranging interviews, sending out offer letters and updating attendance records and some work with disciplinaries and grievance. The role will also involve general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing and photocopying and answering the phone. Due to the nature of the work a high degree of confidentiality is required. Applicants will have ideally worked in a similar role previously, however a strong administrator would be considered. They should have a high level of computer literacy and be comfortable using MS Word and MS Excel. They also should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to use their initiative. The hours of work are Monday to Friday nine to five pm with an hour for lunch. As this position is a temporary position it is probably more suited to those who aren't already in a permanent role.
Salary & Benefits
£7.00 per hour plus holiday pay
