Reporting to the head of corporate property and contingency planning, you will be required to lead a wide range of staff reposnible for the management of highly important and critcial buildings, ensuring the best practise of Factilities management is adhered to.

To be successful in this role you will have significant senior managerment experience, and been involved in managing change in a large organisation. 5 years experience of managing proprty related projects and work programmes, with comples budgets.

You must also be aware if relevant national legislation and codes of practise, and have recent experience of modern procurment methods.
