I have an amazing room to rent for July perfect for visitors who want to spare some money on hostels. There is an easy access to the city centre- 15 min by bus, which is just out the staircase, or around half an hour walking ( It is a very nice walk through The Meadows). The shops are nearby as well as there are a few parks around.

It is a large single room- approximately 3X4 m, with a single bed, but possibility to put a double matterace (and still will be a space to live in)- MAY SUIT A COUPLE. The furniture includes a desk, wardrobe and a few shelves to put the stuff in. The room itself hes got the windows on the side of the garden, so car sound does not get in.

It is a four bedroom flatshare with a lovely international crew: Portugese and Chineese guys and a Polish girl. Living room, kitchen, batchroom with possibility to take either a shower or a bath are in the flat. There is an internet access and telly available.

The room is available from the 9th to 30th (dates can be negotiated, if coming or leaving a few days earlier/ late). PRICE INCLUDES BILLS!
