You must be aged 18 plus as will be serving alcohol unsupervised. The applicant must have waiting experience in a busy environment. Bar experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate should demonstrate a flexible attitude and commitment to staff training. The successful candidate's task will involve taking orders, making drinks, serving food, cash handling, serving customers in our whisky bar. 30 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, 12:00pm - 6:00pm.
