Hi there,
We have a room to rent out in our flat, situated in Dalry, on Dalry Rd. The room itself has a double bed ,a couch, wardrobe, plently of space, coffee table etc, its quite a good size and its warm in winter.
The room is 200, but bills etc are on top of that so its usually around 290 or something close to that. You would be sharing with 2 females in there mid 20s, both work so we are looking for someone similar who can respect their routines.
