hi we have two double bedrooms +boxroom which takes a single bed or bunk no bother .wehave gas central heating and double glazing.quite long sitting room kitchen takes table and 4 chairs .big garden to front which is all chipped and nice ,side and big back garden part slabbed and grass area.all enclosed with 6 foot high fence.shower over bath .there is a primary school and nursery just 2min walk. high school 15 min walk and 3 others to choose from.we are 15 min walking distance to the thistle shopping centre and train station also plenty buses run past house every 20mins. no house to the front just lovely views and good walks if you have adog.and no houses really over look you out the back either neighbours very nice this is a very nice quiet sought after area .plus we are a semi detached corner house plenty parking to front or back, or if you wish can make a run in at back .we are looking for 2/3 bedroomed house only with garden in or around edinburgh . thank you for looking.
