The flat is at a beautiful, quiet location and there are supermarkets, shops and takeaways in just 5 minutes' walk.

You must be a student, due to council tax reasons, preferably a postgraduate / mature student. You need to be considerate, easygoing and willing to help keep the flat nice! You will be sharing with PhD students who are non-smokers.

We need to choose the new flatmates as soon as possible, as we will be going on holidays soon!
