Radical Travel is a youth market travel company encompassing Busabout, Haggis Adventures, Eastern Trekker and Shamrocker Adventures brands. Due to expansion we are looking for a skilled HTML/CSS/Javascript user to drive forward our web strategy.

Key Areas of Responsibility Include:
Initially the role will involve working with our creative agency to update the look and feel of our existing websites using our bespoke Content Management System. You will also be responsible for reporting on website statistics / Google adword campaigns and developing and implementing SEO strategies. We are also looking at further automating our email marketing capabilities and preparing these email templates to comply with SPAM and privacy laws. Ideally we would also like you to spend some of your time helping to maintain and extend our IT network, with a small general support role.

The Key Skills we are looking for are

•Good understanding of website design and development and an in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
•An understanding and interest in SEO techniques and Google Adwords
•An interest in internet emerging social technologies such as FaceBook, MySpace, YouTube and Twitter. With an interest in how these technologies can be used to deliver sales

We have an idea of the work you will be doing for the first few months, as small business and it would be upto you to actively expand your role and grow into the position. We have a small dedicated development team that develop our internal bespoke sales and reservation system, so there is plenty of scope to develop your technical skills.
