The afternoon will be about having fun and explaining to you that you are more aware than you think you are! There will be time to find ways to lift your energy in these fast moving times and also ways of slowing down into perfect peace. Elspeth has been working for many years with energy (to many than she cares to remember) and has seen the benefits moreover now passes these methods to you.
It will be a fun afternoon and learning great skills at the same time!
