The Role
We are currently implementing a SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solution that requires substantial amounts of data. Currently a lot of this data is embedded in documents; both hard copy documents and more prevalent soft copy documents sitting on shared drives etc. The role of the Data Collection Analyst is to look through these documents, identify the fields of data that are incorporated in there, and then enter the data in a collection database.
The purpose of the role is to transform data stored in documents into an electronic database on behalf of the Project Team in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications and experience required
- Attention to detail is essential
- Computer literate
- Experienced MS Word and Excel in a data control or administration environment
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
Applicants must have a Valid UK work permit. The role is based just outside Alloa and therefore you must be able to drive/commute to Alloa.
Salary: Up to £17,000 + Benefits
