Brae Scotland is acting as an employment agency. We are recruiting for a Service Manager for our prestigious automotive client. You will effectively manage a busy service department to provide a ‘right first time’ repair service and achieve business plan targets through the delivery of high quality customer service.

A proven people manager, you will motivate your team and ensure they have the skills they need to do a great job! You’ll be involved with external customers on a daily basis and will lead by example with regard to exemplary customer service. You will have responsibility for the financial performance of your department, taking appropriate action with the Dealership Accountant when necessary.

You will run your workshop effectively, meeting targets for technician hours, Health & Safety and governmental standards.

Salary 35k negotiable
